How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Contact Support: Email support@pijara.com with the subject "Refund Request"
Include Information: Your account email, purchase date, and optional reason.
Confirmation: We will process it within 1-2 business days.
Return of Funds: Funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Terms and Conditions
Refunds are only valid for first-time purchases (not renewals).
Must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date.
Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan once processed.
In annual plans, refunds are calculated pro-rata after the first 7 days.
