1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pijara, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Pijara is an AI-powered website builder platform that allows users to create, design, and deploy websites ("Layanan"). You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Pijara assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
• You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

4. Intellectual Property

Code Ownership: All code generated by Pijara for you during the use of our Service is fully owned by you. You are free to export, modify, or host the code anywhere.

Platform IP: The core technology, AI interactions, UI/UX, and algorithms driving Pijara are the exclusive property of PT Pijara Tech Indonesia.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs or renders Pijara less efficient.

6. Termination

You agree that Pijara may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Pijara account and access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, breaches or violations of the TOS.
